This letter is a follow-up to the installation of windows and doors completed this week. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and the professional manner of installation. A problem as encountered in trying to level and square the windows in the sun room because of a previous installation. But your foreman, Leo, and I worked out a satisfactory solution. Removal of a 6’ slider in the master bedroom revealed termite damage to the drywall. Leo informed me right away- and, while a homeowner is never “happy” to discover termites, I appreciated knowing about the problem and extermination has been scheduled. When Jim Adams and Jeff Hanson visited me initially  and I accepted your company’s bid, I explained that this would be “phase one”. Based on this experience, I will be calling early new week to schedule “phase two”- replacement of the entry door and replacing another interior slider with an internal blinds patio door.
